[theme-reviewers] Theme upload failed

Just because you don't find it in Extend, doesn't mean that a Theme with
that name hasn't been submitted. There are Themes in
themes.svn.wordpress.org that were never approved to be listed in Extend.
That appears to be the case here:
http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/kiss/
