[theme-reviewers] Question about guideline - Admin Pointers

Hi guys,

It ben quite some time since I've looked at the guideline and there
something that I don't quite understand.

It states

Theme *must not* incorporate the following features:

Admin Pointers

Can someone please explain what that mean?

I'm sorry if this already bee coveredsomewhere.
