[theme-reviewers] Need Help

That should be fine. We are still discussing our ultimate guidelines for
handling of Themes that use drop-in library code, such as Hybrid Core; so
for now I would treat such Themes on a case-by-case basis.

Is there anything specific with which you take issue in this Theme?
