[theme-reviewers] Updating Custom Backgrounds and Custom Headers for WordPress 3.4

You stand correct Cais, just tried to upload mine and:
REQUIRED: *add_theme_support(custom-background)* was found in the file *
functions.php*. Use *add_custom_background()*instead.

Theme was failed and I was looking forward to get this up :( No biggie,
when time allows.
