[theme-reviewers] WordPress 3.4 Beta 1

Not yet. I know that Nacin will produce a "field guide" to cover many of
the changes. the Theme Review Team will also try to put together some
tutorials for how to implement some of the changes.

Right now is just a heads-up to begin beta-testing. Looks like 3.4 is
slated for release some time in May, so Theme developers will have a good
couple months' worth of time to get changes implemented before any
guidelines revisions take effect.
