Not yet. I know that Nacin will produce a "field guide" to cover many of the changes. the Theme Review Team will also try to put together some tutorials for how to implement some of the changes.<div><br></div><div>
Right now is just a heads-up to begin beta-testing. Looks like 3.4 is slated for release some time in May, so Theme developers will have a good couple months' worth of time to get changes implemented before any guidelines revisions take effect.</div>
