Hello,

Thank a lot for your help,
the lastest submitssion we read carefully the Theme Review and run theme through Theme Unit Tests.
But this account also is banned (when we post just a theme).
So we can't contact the reviewer for more information as well as create new account.

Can someone give me the solution ?

The first step is to read, understand, and follow the Theme Review
guidelines:

Then run the Theme through the Theme Unit Tests:

If you have any questions about how to adhere to any requirement, please
post a question BEFORE submitting more Themes.

(Also: if a WPORG account gets banned, it is generally best to find out WHY
it was banned, rather than creating multiple accounts. Doing so will simply
increase the likelihood that each additional account will get banned. Better
to fix the problem to begin with.)
