[theme-reviewers] Hello from a newbie (and a question about reassigning a ticket to my user name)

OK it's done, sorry for the confusion ;)
The title refers to "Trac Ticket request", and instruction 1 says "post 
a comment" (without specifying where), which got me confused :S
