Sorry if this is obvious, but it's my first review and I wanted to be  
sure.

The Author URI for the theme is listed as http://imedia-emagine.com/

Does it qualify as a "project/development website" (as per the theme  
review guidelines) if they're also selling custom design/theme  
development services?
