[theme-reviewers] Discussion about make sample data for WordPress theme

This message might be better-suited to WP-Hackers; the discussion is fairly
well-removed from the subject of reviewing Themes.

Note that the Theme Review Team maintains an official Theme Unit Test
dataset <http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Unit_Test#Test_Environment_Setup>,
and provides environment setup instructions, that should be used to test all
Themes intended to be submitted to the WPORG Theme Repository.
