[theme-reviewers] theme approval turnaround

I had to leave the country for a one month consulting job when I also
noticed that there is a noticeable delay with the submissions. Two of the
other reviewers are also occupied with personal and business assignments so
it is probably a combination of busy reviewers and active submissions after
the summer holidays.
