[theme-reviewers] theme approval turnaround

Hello,

Any idea what the average turnaround is these days for theme approval?

Looking at some recent ticket assignments for October, it seems to take 4-6
weeks just for themes to be assigned... is this due to a shortage of
available reviewers?

I understand everyone is a volunteer for the TRT; just trying to better
understand the process.
