[theme-reviewers] Theme review: Stuck in an infinite loop

When your original ticket gets to the top of the list, your theme will be
reviewed... at that time the reviewer will look at the latest release, not
the original you uploaded. So, no infinite loop. (At least, that's the way
it seems to work when my themes are reviewed.)
