[theme-reviewers] XFN profile link in <head> with <!DOCTYPE html>

I would lean towards being really lenient when it comes to w3c validation
for HTML 5, because that's a moving target, the validator is often
incorrect, and realistically it doesn't matter since HTML 5 is designed to
ignore unrecognized codes.
