[theme-reviewers] Does WordPress accept child themes?

There are a handful of Child themes currently in the Directory.. But I
don't believe the uploader will currently allow them.

WordPress can't handle installing Child themes from the Directory properly
yet either.. that will change in 3.4.. So I expect the directory will most
likely start accepting child themes before that happens.. but I can't give
any solid plans there :)

(Of course, they'd only be child themes of themes already in the
directory..)
