I agree with the MUST NOT or SHALL NOT in places where REQUIRED NOT to is
used ...

The standards document is short enough we could adopt it as our own with
some minor grooming to allow for slightly different verbiage, then post it
on Make/Codex/etc. as a more centralized information source; perhaps even
simplify it to a degree?
