[theme-reviewers] Need Help about "reassign to" your Trac username

I am unable to understand the concept  *"reassign to" your Trac username*.
Please help me so i will be able to take part in theme reviewing process.


   - Suppose i have opened the ticket -
   https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4036
   - Now, how can i reassign this to my Trac username i.e life.object
