[theme-reviewers] MS Expressions in CSS

I believe the current quasi-official stance of the WordPress project,
regarding IE6 support, is that for *core*/*backend*, it is no longer
officially supported as of WordPress 3.2, but that it *should* still be
supported on the *front end*.

My opinion is that, until we get direction from the powers-that-be that we
should formally cease support for IE6, that such support is acceptable (not
as *required* or even *recommended*, but rather as *optional*) for
repository-hosted Themes.
