Hmm ...
If a WPTRT member is recommending a Theme be suspended they should also be
drafting the message to the author with their reasons why. If they are
unable to find an appropriate contact point then obviously punt it over to
Pross or myself as we can easily get the author's email from Extend to
forward the "draft" to the author.
