[theme-reviewers] Would this be an issue?

@Mel -

Your idea seems fine to me. I would suggest including a "readme"
explaining the recommended use of the plugin; and, if known, any
concerns end-users may have when not using the plugin.

I'm looking forward to seeing this Theme, too.
