[theme-reviewers] Can't assign tickets

Ok, I've installed a fresh copy of WordPress 3.1-RC1 here:
http://onedesigns.com/sandbox/wordpress/

It is clean, with only the test data installed and the following plugins
activated:

Debogger version 0.7.1

Log Deprecated Notices version 0.1-RC3

Theme Check version 20101228.1

@Daniel -

I would recommend upgrading to WP 3.1-RC1, then upgrading Log Deprecated
Notices to 0.2 (dev version)

Otherwise, you should be able to do reviews correctly with the setup you
have.

Something also to keep in mind is start your review from a new user
perspective ... I like to make sure the test installation is as close to
possible as a "new" install each time I review a Theme.

1. Permalinks set to default (the ugly one *grin*)
2. All plugins, except those required for review purposes, at least
deactivated.
3. Twenty Ten as the starting theme.

... then upload the Theme for review and activate.

Don't forget to install the latest version of the "Log Deprecated Notices"
plugin (the dev version), too.

Hi Daniel, what is your login name for theme trac, I can assign you one for
you to test out.

I'm assuming you have the theme-check plugin a site to test with and have
viewed some of the previous tickets so you can get an idea of how the review
process goes?  Including reading the Theme_Review codex
