The main problem is that you didn't follow the correct procedure on Ticket
#2918 <http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2918> when you uploaded a
newer version, via Ticket #2965<http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2965>
.

For future reference, if you currently have a Theme in the queue, and then
upload a newer version before the first one is reviewed, *add a comment to
the older ticket, indicating that a newer version has been uploaded, along
with a link to the newer ticket*.

If you do so, when the older ticket reaches the top of the queue, the
reviewer will note that the newer version has been uploaded, close the
ticket as "newer-version-uploaded", and proceed to review the newer version.
Otherwise, the reviewer will simply close the ticket as
"newer-version-uploaded" and move on to the next ticket in the queue.
