The main problem is that you didn't follow the correct procedure on <a href="http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2918">Ticket #2918</a> when you uploaded a newer version, via <a href="http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2965">Ticket #2965</a>.<div>
<br></div><div>For future reference, if you currently have a Theme in the queue, and then upload a newer version before the first one is reviewed, <b><i>add a comment to the older ticket, indicating that a newer version has been uploaded, along with a link to the newer ticket</i></b>.</div>
<div><br></div><div>If you do so, when the older ticket reaches the top of the queue, the reviewer will note that the newer version has been uploaded, close the ticket as "newer-version-uploaded", and proceed to review the newer version. Otherwise, the reviewer will simply close the ticket as "newer-version-uploaded" and move on to the next ticket in the queue.</div>
