[theme-reviewers] Asking for a new reviewer

Once again I do understand what you mean and yes I did overlook that your
Theme was not reviewed at all and for that please accept my apology. There
is one thing you can to and that is to specify reviewer, basically instead
of asking for another person you could simply ask i.e. Chip to do your
review, since he's also assigner as well. Would that be better?
