[theme-reviewers] Theme Review

What do I need to do to start reviewing themes. Just submit my info here:

I was going to wait till my theme was approved but I realize that may not
happen extremely fast with how busy everyone is so I thought I could help
out. Something I wanted to do anyway.

So just let me know and I will do whats needed.
