[theme-reviewers] Author URI

I added a comment to the ticket, indicating that AuthorURI needs to be
addressed in both EvoLve and SmartOne.

Depending on how he responds, I suggest requiring a fix within 48 hours.

And certainly, EvoLve should be UN-featured. Unless anyone has any
objections, I'll go in and do it (it will give me a chance to figure out how
it's done).
