[theme-reviewers] Author URI

[Edward Caissie]

It would seem the Evolve theme should be removed from the Featured Themes
page as well then ... the Author URI should have been addressed before it
was approved (and added as a Featured theme) but now definitely needs to be
addressed no later than the next revision, which preferably will be in the
very near future.

@Curtis - What points did the author use to support their argument for the
Author URI being valid?
