[theme-reviewers] Post with No Title

Although not a great way to promote the UX of the theme it does meet the
requirements of the guidelines.

This then becomes a "design by choice" issue of the Theme author; you might
suggest a better phrase or even a completely different method but it does
not indicate a theme to be "not-approved" based on this alone.
