[theme-reviewers] Credit Links in Stylesheet

For anything that's not public-facing, we generally are fairly lenient.

However, the links you're talking about, being in the "Description:" header
tag, *are* public-facing, via the Theme's Extend listing. So, just use your
discretion. In this case, just make sure they're not SEO/spam-type links,
malicious, etc.
