Do you actually want to change the theme review guidelines? Might I
suggest that, were such a result your ultimate goal, insulting people
off the bat MIGHT not be the best way to accomplish such? Vinegar,
honey, and all that rot.

I might further suggest that rhetorical bomb-throwing is a
particularly clueless way in which to make one's point, unless one's
point is to vent one's spleen. In which case, it appears as if you
have a nice, clean, well-maintained blog of your own. Perhaps your
venting could best be accomplished there?
