[theme-reviewers] Header Redirect: Any Good Reason For This?

To expand on my last reply ...
IF the theme author is distributing their theme from their own servers they
can do as they see fit, but themes distributed from the WordPress Theme
repository should use WordPress standards whether they be explicitly written
or implicitly defined by similar functionality.
I would suggest to the author to use a method at least similar to the one
noted by Austin Matzko if this is the case.
