[theme-reviewers] Theme Uploader and CSS Classes

Relax guys. . @otto the reason i wrote my plugin is the uploader does
not check for all the things we would like . . We have to check for
lots of things that could be caught during upload . . It has been
suggested time and time again to add to the regex to check for
deprecated functions my script checks for all of them  . . If you
think it'll help i'll forward the code to you when i finish work.
Pretty pointless though if we keep getting over ruled
