Do you consider the following error while reviewing the themes ?
Undefined index: page in \themes\theme-name\includes\theme-options.php on line 24
I downloaded few themes from directory and they were getting the similar error including the featured theme Titan.
Regards

I look at it more like Otto just snagging the
regexp stuff and ignoring the underlying reason to use it, the reporting back of
information.
'steal bits' is pretty much just stripping out
stuff to put into the wordpress one, otto can create his own code for that, the
functionality of pross's is what would be good to use for the wordpress
site. If that's not going to be done, then just leave it on
pross's.

Uploader and CSS Classes
I'm sure there's a way to merge the best of both so it can be
used in both places ...
Pross' has more of the Theme Review items the
Theme Review Team wants added to the uploader checks while the uploader (I
imagine) has more script checking items than Pross'
... at least that's
my view on it.

Steal bits? hrm. Naw, let's just leave it up on
Pross's website if thats the attitude your going to take on it.
Either use it or don't.

If you feel like emailing me your code, I'll be happy to
take a look
at it and steal bits for the image uploader. Save us some
time. ;)

Yes, that would be very good!
That way as
items change their importance we can simply change the
recommended
to required or vice-versa.
ok new version uploaded, now
checks for php shortags, added recommended
and required to functions.
Also checks style.css for the alignment css
