  None of the other themes updated near the same time as 2010 Weaver 
1.3.1 seem
to have the file size issue. My theory is that there are several copies 
of the
generated .zip file for the theme distributed off several servers, and 
that some
of the versions generated for 1.3.1 got corrupted. The smallest file has 
a file
with a .tmp extension generated on Sept 12, the day after the theme went 
live.

Maybe the best thing to do is to take 1.3.1.1 live and hope it gets 
correct .zip
files, and then someone can perhaps track down what happened. If not that,
then perhaps someone can just take the theme down because it is just killing
about 1/3 of the people who update.
