[theme-reviewers] Deleting themes from directory

Hello,

I have 2 themes currently listed in the directory that I no longer support
(Crispp & Earthly). I just don't have the time to update them to work with
3.0 or anything else in the future. People still email me asking about it so
I think it'll just be easier if we get rid of them. Can you please remove
them for me?
