[theme-reviewers] Emergency Call

I removed them from SVN, I didn't touch them in extend. Since they
didn't get approved, I didn't think it'd be an issue since they're not
public facing.

I'll look closer at it though.

Blackline is *only* in SVN. I don't see it on extend anywhere, so I
don't think it ever got public facing. I've left it there for now so
everybody can have a good look. We'll kill it later.
