[theme-reviewers] WP Themer Kit

Has anyone run into a WP Themer Kit <http://www.wpthemerkit.com>-generated
Theme? I just did <https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/1771>.

Right off the bat, there are major problems:
1) Obsolescence: the WPTK website indicates that it only supports WordPress
up to version 2.6.
2) License: the generated templates are not 100% GPL compatible (HTML/CSS
are CC-By, including a request for front-end link)

What to look for: a "changes.txt" file that references wpthemerkit.com and
"WPTK". Similar references in style.css.

Anyone else seen any such Themes? Google isn't finding any in
themes.svn.wordpress.org - but then, it's also not finding the one I just
reviewed.
