[theme-reviewers] New Ticket Resolution

We actually don't use "Accepted" as a status in our workflow. We just
assign, review, and close.

If we could get Report #7 to filter out anyone in "Reviewer" or "Review
Manager" (or whatever that group is called), we'd be perfect!
