We actually don't use "Accepted" as a status in our workflow. We just assign, review, and close.<div><br></div><div>If we could get Report #7 to filter out anyone in "Reviewer" or "Review Manager" (or whatever that group is called), we'd be perfect!</div>

</div>It isn't perfect, but I modified report 7 to be somewhat more useful<br>
in that respect. It shows assigned and accepted tickets now.<br>
