Hello all,
I may be late into the Featured Themes discussion.
What if we use variables to determine Featured Themes?
These variables are
1. star ratings (by popular)
2. work ratings (by function)

Random may be fair for all WordPress themer (designers or developers), but
those variables will add values to Featured Themes and WordPress itself.

Thanks
Regards,
Kate
