That change will certainly correct the GPL-compliance issue. However, I
would strongly recommend that you take a good, hard look at your Themes
against the Theme Review Guidelines<http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review>,
as a cursory glance at the Themes indicated other issues, as well.
