As WordPress gets near to a beta release here is the new version of theme-check:
http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/theme-check.20101118.5.zip

There are quite a few changes, but mainly the checks are updated to
the latest (draft) guidelines
and there is now a dropdown to select which theme to check.
