[theme-reviewers] Deletion of an unapproved theme -- Undedicated -- from the theme repository

Never mind, I found it.

What's your current user ID? Instead of deleting the theme, I'll shift
it to your user ID, so it will let you upload an updated version of
the theme. You'll have to use a version number later than 0.1.
