[theme-reviewers] Timthumb versus post thumbnails feature.

Recently I was asked to remove timthumb image resizing script from my theme
and use post thumbnails functionality of wordpress.

There are several problems with it. I listed them here

Can anyone suggest some solution to the problems listed there.
