IF 'TimThumb' is to be used it must be explained how it is required in place
of using the core functionaility provided by 'the_post_thumbnail()' (
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/the_post_thumbnail)

... and the version of 'TimThumb' must also be current and secure.
