I decoded those. Believe it or not, they're legit.

The jquery.lazyload is just a packed version of a fairly common jquery
lazyloader code snippet you can find all over the web.

The all.js is actually the packed version of all.bak.js, which is
right there in the directory. Decoding it gives the same code (minus
comments and linefeeds and such).

So while I'd reject it on general principles, doesn't look like
malicious intent.
