[theme-reviewers] Magazine Basic 2.6.7

I just tried downloading that theme and got what appears to be the whole 
theme (21 files/folders in the main directory).  I'm not sure if that 
means it is fixed, or possibly if it is broken on just certain servers, 
etc.  It looks like there is some funkyness going on today, with tickets 
possibly not being created for new themes being submitted to the 
directory today.  I'm sure Joseph will get it sorted out soon.
