[theme-reviewers] Trac tickets for review feedback

Seems we also get a lot of email that says, if anything is happening, can
we link them to a page of the current status (open trac report) during the
automatic 'we have received it' email.
On that note, do we sent an mail to people telling them we are reviewing it,
and when we are done? (or can this be done automatically when the ticket
gets assigned?).
