[theme-reviewers] How to get involved?

I have a good knowledge of building WordPress themes, having made plenty of
custom themes for clients and other projects; however, I've not released any
to the theme repo.

I've just finished college so I've got plenty of time to dedicate to
WordPress, one of the things I could help with is the theme review process.

How do I get started?
