[theme-reviewers] Theme Test Data WXR and SQL Updates

I have reviewed a theme that actually displayed the "Future" and "Draft"
posts. I would suggest leaving them in ... and (I have not counted) are
there at least 11 "published" posts to ensure "previous/next page"
navigation can be tested in a default installation?
